Return Policy
Items purchased at Barry Fletcher Products Store or The Hair Palace Salon may be returned to the store or by mail. Please contact the product store prior to returning items. Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase. Items purchased from an Independent Distributor cannot be returned to Barry Fletcher Products Store; they must be returned to their Distributor location in accordance with their returns policy. Please contact the Distributor directly.



We will process refunds, once approved, within 5 business days for any item returned to us in saleable condition.  Please contact us before returning an item.

It has been reported that some of you may be experiencing issues when attempting to place an order on our new website.  We apologize for the trouble you’re having.  Unfortunately we are not able to isolate the problem as yet.  Our website is up and running and orders are coming through. Please try clearing the cache from your browser and attempting the order again. You might try a different browser, i.e., Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.  Ensure that your PC operating system is Windows 7,8, or 10 and that your browser is up to date.  Try accessing our site from your phone. It’s a new website and we’re working hard to identify and resolve any issues that arise.
